Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the date your order is confirmed by the Lana Line team.

During sales and promotional periods, delivery may take up to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed by the Lana Line team via phone call.

Within Nablus: 10 ILS
Villages within the Nablus Governorate: 20 ILS
All West Bank Governorates: 20 ILS
Jerusalem: 25 ILS
Jerusalem Suburbs: 20 ILS
48: 60 ILS
Jordan: 80 ILS

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order.

If you do not respond or the order cannot be successfully delivered after the third attempt, the order will be returned to Lana Line and automatically cancelled.

If the order was placed as part of a sale or promotional offer, the same offer cannot be claimed again once the order has been returned and cancelled.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order to avoid any delivery delays.

The estimated delivery period begins from the date your order is confirmed by the Lana Line team via phone call.

Delivery times may vary during sales, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts by the delivery company, the order will be returned to Lana Line and automatically cancelled.
